Is that what that is? See them all the time on my milk weed.. Are they good bugs?
Until you asked I never really thought about it. I did some online research to see what I could find. Milkweed bugs feed on the seeds of the Milkweed plants. They also suck the sap which gives them the same protection from predators that Monarch Butterflies enjoy. Despite these feeding strategies I don’t think they are considered a major threat to Milkweed plants.
